Service Scope
Agenix-D provides application packaging and scripting services as described at the time of order submission. Deliverables are defined by the specifications provided by the customer. Changes to scope after order activation may require additional tokens depending on the extent of the change.
Token Usage
Tokens are non-refundable once consumed against an active order. Unused tokens are valid for one year from the date of purchase and may be applied to any future order within that period. Token packages are non-transferable and may not be resold.
Delivery & Acceptance
Delivered packages are considered accepted if no defect is reported within 5 business days of delivery. Agenix-D will investigate and remediate verified defects — defined as failures to meet the agreed specification — at no additional token cost.
Agenix-D does not guarantee compatibility with environments that differ materially from the specifications provided at the time of order.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all software submitted for packaging is legitimately licensed and that they have the right to deploy it within their organisation. Agenix-D accepts no liability arising from unlicensed software deployment.
Limitation of Liability
Agenix-D's liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the token value of that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of delivered packages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
